We offer a 14-day refund period for digital products purchased through Francinevisuals.
If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date by contacting us at hi@twentyfourcreate.com.
Please include your name, order number and the email address used for your purchase so we can find your order.
If your refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Digital downloads
Because our products are delivered digitally, there is nothing you need to physically return.
If you receive a refund, your licence to use the digital product ends. You should delete any downloaded copies and may no longer use, reproduce, share, resell or distribute the product.
Problems with your download
If you have trouble accessing or downloading your purchase, receive the wrong file or experience another technical issue, please contact us at hi@twentyfourcreate.com.
We’ll do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If a digital product is faulty, does not match its description or otherwise does not meet applicable legal requirements, your rights under applicable consumer law are not affected by this refund policy.
Duplicate purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where we can verify that the same product was purchased more than once by mistake, we’ll refund the duplicate purchase.
Refund abuse
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, misuse or abuse of this refund policy, including repeated purchases and refund requests.
