These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through francinevisuals.com and form an agreement between you and twenty-four, trading as Francinevisuals.
By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Our products
Francinevisuals sells digital products related to photography, creativity and education.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page, products sold through our website are digital products only. No physical product will be shipped.
Product descriptions, previews, images and other information on our website are provided to help you understand what you are purchasing.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions and information are accurate and up to date.
3. Prices and taxes
Prices are displayed on the website before you complete your purchase.
Applicable taxes may depend on your location and will be calculated or displayed during checkout where required.
The total amount payable will be shown before you place your order.
4. Payment
Payment must be completed through one of the payment methods available at checkout.
Payments are currently processed through WooPayments and its payment processing partners.
We do not receive or store your complete credit or debit card details where those details are handled directly by the payment provider.
Your order will normally be processed once payment has been successfully completed or authorised.
5. Digital delivery
After successful payment, your digital product will be made available electronically, for example through a download link on the order confirmation page and/or by email.
You are responsible for providing a correct email address when placing your order.
If you experience problems accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact hi@twentyfourcreate.com and we will try to resolve the issue.
6. Technical requirements
Our photography challenge book is supplied as a PDF file.
You will need a device and software capable of opening standard PDF files. Most modern computers, tablets and smartphones can open PDF files using built-in or freely available software.
The appearance of the product may vary slightly depending on your device, screen, operating system and PDF reader.
Any additional technical requirements for a particular product will be stated on its product page where relevant.
EU consumer rules require relevant information about the functionality and compatibility/interoperability of digital content to be provided before purchase.
7. Right of withdrawal for digital content
Consumers in the European Union and other jurisdictions may have a statutory right to withdraw from certain distance contracts.
Different rules can apply to digital content that is supplied immediately.
Where you expressly request and consent to receiving access to digital content during the statutory withdrawal period, acknowledge that you will lose your statutory right of withdrawal once performance begins, and the other applicable legal requirements are met, your statutory right of withdrawal may end when the supply of the digital content begins.
For downloadable digital content, performance can begin when the customer activates the download. EU Commission guidance specifically explains this distinction for download links.
This is separate from our voluntary 14-day refund policy described below.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
8. Our 14-day refund policy
In addition to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law, Francinevisuals offers a 14-day refund period for digital products.
You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase by contacting:
Please include your name, order number and the email address used for your purchase.
Where a refund is granted, it will normally be returned using the original payment method.
If your purchase is refunded, your licence to use the digital product ends. You must delete any copies in your possession and may no longer use, reproduce, share, resell or distribute the product.
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, misuse or abuse of the refund policy, including repeated purchase-and-refund behaviour.
This voluntary refund policy does not restrict any statutory rights you may have if digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not conform to applicable legal requirements.

9. Duplicate purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact hi@twentyfourcreate.com.
Once we have verified the duplicate purchase, we can refund the accidental duplicate transaction.
10. Licence and permitted use
When you purchase a digital product from Francinevisuals, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that product for your personal use.
Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of the copyright or other intellectual property rights to you.
You may download and use the product for your own personal creative or educational purposes.
Unless we have given you prior written permission, you may not:
- share the digital file with other people;
- upload the file to a shared drive, website, platform or file-sharing service for others to access;
- reproduce or distribute the product commercially;
- sell, sublicense or redistribute the product;
- claim the product or its contents as your own; or
- substantially copy, reproduce or republish the product or its contents.
You are, of course, free to create and share your own photographs and creative work made while completing the challenges.
11. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the content of Francinevisuals digital products and the original content on francinevisuals.com — including text, photography, graphics, layouts and other creative material — is owned by or licensed to twenty-four / Francinevisuals and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
The purchase of a product gives you permission to use it as described in these Terms. It does not transfer intellectual-property ownership to you.
12. Educational and creative content
Our products are intended to provide creative inspiration, photography challenges and educational information.
Photography and creativity are subjective, and individual results will vary depending on factors such as your equipment, experience, circumstances and creative choices.
We do not guarantee any particular creative, professional, financial, social-media or other result from using our products.
13. Problems with digital content
If your digital product cannot be accessed, is corrupted, or otherwise does not work as reasonably expected, please contact us at hi@twentyfourcreate.com.
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical problems, for example by providing a replacement download where appropriate.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts mandatory legal rights relating to digital content that is faulty or does not conform to the contract. EU law provides specific remedies for non-conforming digital content and digital services.
14. Availability and changes
We may update, modify or discontinue products offered for future sale through our website.
Changes made to products or prices for future purchases do not change the terms of an order you have already completed, except where a change is required by law or necessary to resolve a technical or security issue affecting digital content.
15. Website availability
We aim to keep our website and digital delivery systems available and functioning properly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, hosting problems or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If such an issue prevents you from accessing a product you have purchased, please contact us so that we can help restore access where reasonably possible.
16. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Francinevisuals is not responsible for indirect losses or losses that could not reasonably have been foreseen when the contract was entered into.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights or our responsibility for providing digital content in conformity with the contract where applicable law requires us to do so.
17. Privacy and cookies
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Our website also uses cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy (EU).
Where consent is required for optional cookies or technologies, you can manage your preferences through the consent settings on our website.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time, for example when our products, website, payment methods or legal requirements change.
The Terms applicable to your purchase are generally the version that was in effect when you placed your order, subject to mandatory legal requirements.
The latest version of these Terms will be available on our website and will show the date on which it was last updated.
19. Governing law and consumer rights
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without depriving consumers of any mandatory protections they may have under the laws applicable to them.
